The project was implemented by Vilabs, White Fox, EXEO and Bespoke Communications for the Museum of Contemporary Greek Art of Rhodes, which is digitized and modernized. The purpose of the project is to rescue, document and promote 1500 art works which belongs to the museum. Works of recognized artists such as Mr. Mallon, Mr. Virather, Theophilus (Hatzimichael), Sp. Vassiliou, al. Kontopoulos, N. Hadjikyriakos Gikas, N. Engonopoulos, G. Moralis, G. Spyropoulos, G. Tsarouchis, Gaitis, N. Kessanlis, P. Tetsis, A. Fassianos, 746 paintings, 610 Engravings and 1444 Sculptures concentrating to the visitors experience.

My role in this project was to create a virtual reality application where 50 paintings could be examined by the user, as well as 10 sculpture exhibits in a virtual reality environment. Wearing the corresponding VR head the user can watch, listen and read details about each artwork.

To implement the application I followed the basic interactivity plan (for the training and use of the VR application) which I supplied from Whitefox studio, making changes where I found it necessary for the best user experience, as well as the artworks which was digitized by Whitefox for the purpose and where further processed by me to properly adapt them to the virtual environment.
