Basilica of Saint achillios in prespa
A project that EXEO – Software House took over to implement on behalf of Municipality of Prespa, a part of the program with the acronym “Holywater” founded from Interreg, in order to give a new experience to the visitors of “Basillica of Saint Achillios” which is one the most iconic monument of the byzantine period. Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality was the technology that was applied with their latest features of photorealism.
The delivered representation of the monument is the result of my collaboration with the archaeologists Antreas Tsokas and Dimitrios Asimakopoulos representatives from the Ephorate of Antiques of Florina, the architect Achilleas Stoios Christopoulos as specialist in the restoration of monuments and traditional buildings which they provided me guidance and all the necessary information based on previous existing research but also new data from their own further research over the years that came to overturn the current data of the monument.

Conference - Project Holywater
A conference about the project took place in Laimos of Municipality of Prespa entitled as “Cultural Heritage and the functional utilization of the monumental wealth of Prespa”.
Representatives from the municipality of Prespa, the Ephorate of Antiques of Florina, members from the Society for the Protection of Prespa, National Park of Prespa, variety of mass media, and me as representative of EXEO – Software House had the chance to present the research, the development and the technology that was applied in order to complete this innovative project.
The audiences also had the chance to experience the Virtual Reality application in the conference room and the Augmented reality with local group visit at the monument at the end of the conference.

EXHIBITION PHILOXENIA HELEXPO 2022
Philoxenia is a national exhibition of tourism which takes place every year in Thessaloniki.
Municipality of Prespa was called to present a new way of tourism and education of their visitors.
Michalis Petrakos as representative of the municipality was presenting the implementation of the project “Holywater” to the guests which had also the chance to experience the Virtual Reality application of Basilica of Saint Achillios and also the Hospital Cave of Democratic Army of Vrodero.
