Cave Hospital of Democratic Army of Greece in Vrodero
The delivered representation of the monument is the result of my collaboration with the
architect and historical researcher Giorgis Koliopoulos which he provided me guidance and all the necessary information based on his research, testimonials and photographic material that he collected over the last three decades.
For the implementation and accuracy of the project new technologies has been applied such as 3D scanning with highly accurate equipment FARO 3D scanner for the interior of the cave and use of photogrammetry technique for the exterior with the use of drone. Moreover, based a geometrical 3D reference that has been generated of the monument, a new model as designed from scratch in order to meet the polygon budget, the necessary geometry topology to achieve compatibility and realtime performance of the Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality applications.

Conference - Project Holywater
A conference about the project took place in Laimos of Municipality of Prespa entitled as “Cultural Heritage and the functional utilization of the monumental wealth of Prespa”.
Representatives from the municipality of Prespa, the Ephorate of Antiques of Florina, members from the Society for the Protection of Prespa, National Park of Prespa , variety of mass media, and me as representative of EXEO – Software House had the chance to present the research, the development and the technology that was applied in order to complete this innovative project.
The audiences also had the chance to experience the Virtual Reality application in the conference room and the Augmented reality with local group visit at the monument at the end of the conference.

EXHIBITION PHILOXENIA 2022
Philoxenia is a national exhibition of tourism which takes place every year in Thessaloniki.
Municipality of Prespa was called to present a new way of tourism and education of their visitors. Michalis Petrakos as representative of the municipality was presenting the implementation of the project “Holywater” to the guests which had also the chance to experience the Virtual Reality application of the Hospital Cave of Democratic Army of Vrodero and also the Basilica of Saint Achillios monument.
